They include: Captain John Baron Howes, Captain Roy Douglas Metcalfe, Cornelius James Pelly, Captain Maurice O'Connor Tandy, Reginald Michael Hadow, Captain Richard Evan Bird, Captain Raymond Clive Murphy, Captain Hugh Dunstan Rance, Gordon Noel Jackson, Captain J E Hudson, Patrick D Stobart and A J Wilton.
