- This printed memorandum is a copy of a commercial air agreement signed by Shaikh Sa'id bin Maktum [Sa‘īd bin Maktūm Āl Maktūm], the ruler of Dubai, and Hugh Weightman, Political Agent at Bahrain, on 6 June 1938. The agreement contains fourteen numbered clauses, some with lettered sub-clauses.
