The ship visited Gombroon [Bandar Abbas] three times, and Muscat twice, between 28 March and 16 October 1697.The Journal consists of daily entries covering navigational information, winds, weather, contact with other East India Company ships and English men-of-war; sightings of other vessels, deaths of crewmembers, commodities carried, and general remarks.1 volume (101 folios)The entries are recorded in chronological order from the front to the rear of the volume.Foliation: the foliation sequence (used for referencing) commences at the inside front cover with 1, and terminates at the inside back cover with 103; these numbers are written in pencil, are circled, and are located in the top right corner of the recto side of each folio.
