- Leaf from the opening of a Hebrew translation of a work by Abū l-Qāsim Ḵalaf b.ʿAbbās al-Zahrāwī, possibly a section of his Kitāb al-Taṣrīf. The name of the author is written in large letters above the introduction, which details the reasons for this translation. The first chapter, entitled ‘Burns’, begins on verso.
