He is facing towards the viewer's right with close cropped hair and wearing a short kilt typical of the Old Kingdom style. He has the harvested papyrus slung on his back, kept in place by means of a rope held in his hands. Part of a register line appears at the top of the relief and there are the remains of another object or figure in the lower right corner. Limestone. The surface is worn and ; weathered with serious scratching and pitting. Slight traces of pigment remain, most notably fleshtone pigment on the bearer's far leg. Old Kingdom.
